Frankston Flatmates runs three furnished share houses for Monash Peninsula students. Weekly rent starts at $240 and covers gas, water, electricity, unlimited Wi‑Fi and Disney+. Annalisa and Yinh have managed these houses since 2018 and have welcomed more than 600 students — many arriving with just a suitcase and no rental history.

Walk to Monash Peninsula Campus

All three houses sit within an eight-minute walk of Monash Peninsula Campus. Beaconsfield Ave is one minute on foot. McMahons Rd faces the campus entrance on McMahons Road. Bondi Ave is eight minutes away and shares a pool and tennis court with neighbouring units. Most tenants skip the car and walk to morning lectures.

What you get in each room

Every room includes a bed, desk, wardrobe and storage. Split-system heating and cooling run year-round. Kitchens and living areas are cleaned weekly. Annalisa or Yinh handles maintenance — usually within three hours, including weekends.

You will not need to open utility accounts or chase bond refunds through a real-estate agent. We sign the lease, pay the bills, and match you with housemates who are also at Monash. Leases run six or twelve months; move-in dates align with semester starts in February and July.
