What's included in the rent?

Everything. Gas, water, electricity, unlimited internet, Disney+ and a fully furnished room. Rent is the only bill you'll pay.

How close is Frankston Flatmates to Monash Peninsula Campus?

Beaconsfield Ave is a 1 minute walk to campus. McMahons Rd is directly across the road. Bondi Ave is an 8 minute walk. All three properties are purpose-built for Monash Peninsula students.

How far are your houses from Frankston Train Station?

Bondi Ave is a 6 minute walk to Frankston Train Station - ideal for trips to Melbourne CBD. Beaconsfield Ave and McMahons Rd are closer to campus; both are a short bus or walk to the station.

How much does student accommodation in Frankston cost per week?

Rooms start from $240/week at Beaconsfield Ave and McMahons Rd, and from $270/week at Bondi Ave. Weekly rent includes all bills, unlimited Wi-Fi and Disney+ - no hidden costs.

Is Frankston Flatmates better than a student lodge in Frankston?

Unlike a single lodge, we offer three share houses with different vibes - including a pool and tennis court at Bondi Ave. You get housemates (not dorm-style living), transparent all-inclusive pricing, and locations as close as 1 minute from Monash Peninsula Campus.

How long is the minimum stay?

We offer 6 and 12 month stays. Semester-aligned move-in dates are available.

Who lives in the houses?

Fellow Monash Peninsula students. We've housed 600+ students and match flatmates to make the house feel like home.

Do I need a rental history?

No. We designed our application around first-time renters and international students.

Can international students apply without an Australian guarantor?

Yes. Many of our residents are international Monash students. Contact Annalisa or Yinh and we'll walk you through bond, lease and move-in requirements.

How do I pay bond and rent?

Bond is lodged with the RTBA. Rent is paid weekly or fortnightly by bank transfer.
